Because everything sold here is digital, refunds follow the result of the order.
Automatic refunds
An order rejected by the supplier, or cancelled before it was processed, returns its locked amount to your available balance by itself. Nothing needs to be requested and nobody needs to be contacted.
Completed orders
An order that delivered a code, an activation or a file is generally not refundable — the result cannot be handed back.
Disputes
If you believe a completed order did not deliver what it should have, contact support with the order id. We will look at what the supplier returned and, where it is warranted, refund to your wallet manually.
Refunds are made to the wallet the order was paid from. We do not return funds to a different account, and we cannot reverse a deposit that has already been credited.
