We collect only what is needed to run your account: your email, username, profile details, wallet balance, and the order data you submit — IMEI numbers, serial numbers and the fields each service asks for. It is used to deliver services, process payments and provide support.
Sharing
Order details are passed to the supplier that fulfils the order, and payment details to the provider processing your deposit. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Passwords are hashed. API keys and supplier credentials are encrypted at rest. Sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit log. Turning on two-factor authentication is the single most useful thing you can do for your own account.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us what we hold about you.
Have this reviewed. The text above describes how this software actually behaves, which makes it a truthful starting point — not legal advice, and not written for your jurisdiction. Get it checked before you rely on it.
